Silicon carbide green regenerated 62 CPK

Silicon carbide green regenerated (KKZ), the SRK brand 62 is received in the course of regeneration processing of the abrasive tool from green carbide of silicon, brand 64 C on a ceramic sheaf.

The essence of process of regeneration processing consists in restoration of initial properties of the fulfilled materials for the purpose of their repeated use in production.

All technological processes of regeneration are carried out on own equipment by qualified personnel.

Production corresponds to the normative document OST 2 MT 79-3-88 or to the technical requirements (TR) of the Customer.

The grain size (fractional structure) of products is defined by the consumer individually at a stage of formation of the order and can correspond as the European FEPA standard, ISO 8486-1.2:1996 and the state standard specification 3647-80 standard .

4. Toxicity:

The silicon carbide green regenerated of the SRK brand 62 is safe for health. At its application there is no danger of a disease silikozy. Does not work it is cancerogenic and is toxic.

5. Packing:

Main type of packing - soft polypropylene container μR (Big Bag) with an insert or without - at the request of the Customer.

Also production can be packed into polypropylene bags, weighing 25 — 30 kg with an insert.

The average weight of container μR with production = 1,5 tons.

6. Application:

- for production fire-resistant carbide silicon of the containing calcination products and concrete mixes;

- for sandblasting of surfaces;

- for lining of slurry (soil) pumps;

- as a steel deoxidant, instead of FS 25, FS 45 ferrosilicium.
