Apart from our production range of High Carbon Hardened & Tempered steel strips. In different size combinations, we also produce ready springs for the Rolling Shutter Doors & Window. Presently we are producing readymade springs in Polished Blue as well as in Grey finish

Grades CK 67 / SAE1075 / CK 75 / C 75 / C 80

Surface Finish: GREY (unpolished furnace Grey) & Blue Polished

Edges: Both Edges ROUND

Hardness: 42~45 / 46 ~ 48 HRC / 47 ~ 49 HRC or as desired by the user.

The sizes other than mentioned above can also be produced against specific orders.

The Springs are supplied with proper marking of its "Length" or may be marked with a specific Number if required on the Box.

These are packed in Neutral Packing in a set of 10 Pieces in an individual corrugated box.

A set of these individual boxes is then kept in a bigger box and such boxes are strapped on a Metallic Pallet tied with Steel Strapping for safe delivery. Suitable for your in house use or for direct trading at your end.
