At production of electric motors we suggest to apply to deduction of electrowindings of a rotor and the stator as grooving wedges (shpug) fiberglass wedges of type

SPP - E which correspond to TUUZ.00216881 - 001 - 95 and GOST 27380 - 87 with a range of working temperatures from - 60 to + 155C (a class of heat stability of F), density - 2100 kg/m3.

At the enterprise grooving wedges in shape are made now:

- a segment (the basis x height) mm - 3х1,5; 4х3; 5х3; 6х3; 6,5х4; 7х3; 9х4; 9х8;

- trapezes, mm - 15х6х11;

- core (rod) with a diameter of 2,2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 15, 20 mm;

- a rectangle, mm - 10х12;

- a square, mm - 10х10.

Production of wedges according to your sketches of various forms with cross ^{section up to 1000 mm2}, and also on to be provided the die is possible.
