SHAPERS OF IMPULSES FOR THE GALVANICS

Operation of the shaper of impulses consists in the following. From an exit of the power supply of a direct current tension of a direct current on an entrance of the shaper of impulses moves. Electrodes of a galvanic bathtub are connected to an exit of the shaper of impulses. By means of governing bodies on the forward panel of the shaper of impulses time of delivery of sequence of impulses of a direct current, frequency of following of impulses and coefficient of filling (table 1) or duration of impulses (table 2) are determined. After pressing of the Start-up button the shaper will begin to give impulses of current and to make direct counting of time of delivery of these impulses. Current is established by means of bodies of adjustment of the power supply. As soon as numerical value of the counted time becomes equal to the established value of time, the shaper will automatically pass into the Feet mode. At the same time delivery of impulses of current will stop.

Existence of the built-in counter of time allows to dose electrochemical impact on the details subjected to galvanic influence. Wide range of regulation of parameters and high precision of their installation, stability of parameters, and also long time of continuous work allow to receive desirable quality of electroplated coating of products.
