Set of direct sites of gas pipelines

The set of direct sites of the KPU is intended for completing of gas metering station for the purpose of providing the accounting of volume of the gas given to standard conditions in system of gas supply of inhabited, industrial and agricultural facilities according to GOST P 8.740-2011 "An expense and amount of gas. A measurement technique by means of turbine, rotational and vortex flowmeters and counters".

The KPU provides formations of a laminar stream of the gas necessary for normal operation of counters of gas, and contains places of selection of pressure, measurement of temperature. The internal cavity of the KPU, the place of selection of pressure and measurement of temperature are executed according to requirements of GOST P 8.740-2011 and technical documentation of gas counters. Places of selection of pressure and measurement of temperature can be used for connection of instrumentations, such as sensors (converters) of pressure, manometers, devices for measurement of pressure difference, thermometers, temperature converters and so forth.

Structure

 Are included in the package of delivery:

·        sites of pipelines  before and after the counter (the connecting surfaces, lengths of sites, places of selection of pressure and temperature are carried out according to the questionnaire).

·        the act of measurements of internal diameter of the pipeline according to GOST P 8.740-2011 certified by the representative of TsSM Federal State Institution

·        label (passport)

·        certificates of conformity on materials and accessories (by request).

Sites of pipelines are made in strict accordance with PB-12-529-2003, at production the welding technology certified for requirements by NAKS is applied. Welded joints according to Construction Norms and Regulations 42-01-2002 undergo nondestructive control in full. External surfaces have the covering executed by method of powder coloring.

Technical characteristics

The proceeding environment — natural gas, non-uniform on the chemical composition, in accordance with GOST 5542, propane, air, nitrogen, inert gases, and also other nonaggressive purified and drained gases;

·        Range of temperatures of the surrounding and proceeding environment from −40оС to +70os.

·        Relative humidity of air to 95%.

·        Working pressure no more: 1,6 MPas (16 kgfs/cm ²).

·        Diameter of conditional pass (Du):   from 50 to 150.

·        Length of the direct site is L, not less: 2 Du.
