6. Dokrashivat Leffler's blue or 1% aqueous solution of malachite green within 3 - 5 min.

The disputes painted by fuchsin have ruby - red color, vegetative bodies of microbic cages at dokrashivaniye Leffler's blue - blue color, at use of malachite green - green color.
