Gas separators (hereinafter separators) are designed for degassing of non-foamed oil and gas treatment used in systems of collection and preparation of products of oil fields for use in the macro-regions II5 and II4 GOST 16350 in moderate and Meren cold climate as per GOST 15150 with temperature air during operation:

for moderate climates - from + 400 ° C to minus 400 ° C;

for moderately cold climate - from + 400 ° C to minus 600 C.

Separators are designed for use in areas with seismicity up to 6 points inclusive twelve point scale.

Climatic performance separators Y and UHL category 1 according to GOST 15150 with installation outdoors.

The design of the separators are divided into the following types:

Type I - used in the layout with the prior selection of nodes gas (depulsators);

Type I-II - in the layout with nodes prior to the selection of gas defoaming nozzle;

Type II - used without prior selection of nodes gas;

Type II-P - without gas extraction sites, with defoaming nozzle.

The sealing surface of the flange fittings specified when ordering separators. Upon request and agreement with the project organization is allowed to change in the structure of the separator to install additional internal devices, and change the location of fittings for a specific process.
