Separator electrostatic (triboelectric) EBS

Mission

It is intended for:

• dry division of mixes of polymers according to electric properties of their components * , namely: PVC + rubber (the crushed plastic window profile), PVC + PE (the crushed cable isolation), PET + PVC (the crushed PET - bottles), ABS + PS (the crushed waste of small household appliances), software + PE (plastic bottles and caps), and other mixes (PVC + glass, PS + software, PS + the personal computer, PS + SAN, ABS + the DIGNITY, ABS + PVC, software + PET, PE + PS);
• extraction of diamonds from tails of X - ray - luminescent separation.

* in the conditions of the enclosed space with the air temperature from 5 to 40 °C, at relative humidity of the internal environment of a seperator no more than 40% , and with relative humidity of products of separation no more than 0,5% .

Application

It is applied at the enterprises:

• recycling (processing) - in technological lines of processing of polymers, scrap of electronic and small household appliances, after crushing, drying and classification;
• production and enrichment of diamond - bearing ore.

Principle of work

The Dvukhkomponenty mix of polymers (which is previously crushed, dried up and otklassifitsirovanny) moves in the reception bunker from where it gets to the special tribozaryadny device.
In the tribozaryadny device of a part of mix of polymers, due to different fizikoelektrichesky properties, receive different (heteronymic) charges.
After receiving heteronymic charges, products, by means of a vibrofeeder, move on an osaditelny electrode (the rotating drum) and further are taken out in an area of coverage of the electric field created by system of high - voltage electrodes.
Being in electric field, parts of a product with different signs of charges react on a miscellaneous and change a trajectory of the movement at the expense of what there is a division of a product - the parts having a positive charge, I am rejected from a drum (an osaditelny electrode), and the parts having a negative charge keep on a drum and are removed further the cleaning roller.
