Working range and accuracy:
• The standardized cream: fat content of 25-45%.
• Deviation of fat content of cream: +/-0,2%.
• The standardized milk: from 0,5%
to fat content of raw milk. <0,2%.
• Deviation of fat content of milk: +/-0,03-0,05%.
PRINCIPLE OF WORK:
Normalization of milk begins together with process of normalization of cream.
The valve of counterpressure are established manually according to the instruction, for receiving skim milk from separator.
Normalization of cream is carried out by the valve which regulates pressure of the cream arriving from separator.
The valve the signal processed on the Controller taking into account parameters of density of milk and density of cream manages. Extent of opening of the valve depends from established by the operator value of density of ready cream or density of ready milk.
After that ready cream mixes up with skim milk which arrives from separator.
The program of normalization is installed on the Operator's Panel.
