The SKIF - 28 system is designed for complete control of the technological parameters of the operation of wide - grip pneumatic seeding complexes

SKPK "SKIF - 28" can be used as a set with MONITORS manufactured by JSC "Plant" RADIAN ", and as part of a complex control and navigation system for the production of other enterprises

Purpose of the system:

• Large - scale pneumatic seeding complexes (over 11 meters)

SKPK controls:

• the fact of the passage of seeds to the opener along two independent lines;

• availability of seeds and / or fertilizers in 3 seeder bins;

• rotation frequency of 2 fans;

• the fact of rotation of the dispenser shafts;

• PC movement speed;

• sown area;

• the integrity of the connection circuit of the sensors of the passage of seeds DPP;

• voltage in the power supply network and reliability of the contact of the system connection to the power circuit

Information provided:

• the number of the clogged opener;

• the number of the opener, the seed flight sensor of which is faulty;

• speed of movement of the complex;

• sown area (ha) and hours worked since commissioning;

• the current sown area (since the reset of the area counter);

• lack of rotation of the shafts of the seeding unit;

• lowering the level of seed or fertilizer in the hopper below the set;

• rotational speed of 2 seeder fans;

• a decrease in voltage in the on - board network of the tractor and a violation of the power supply circuit of the SKPK (in case of accidents, an audible and visual alarm is carried out).

To display information about the sowing process, three different types of monitors are offered at the buyer's choice:

• Monitor MP22 with two - line LCD display. Information is presented in the form of text and pictograms.

• Monitor M8.2 with a graphical LCD display measuring 100x33 mm. Sowing quality information is provided in the form of pictograms and text messages.

• Monitor "Agronavigator + ". Graphic presentation of information on a color display with a diagonal of 20 cm with the functions of an agronavigator.

Additional features:

• the system works correctly in the tramline mode when the numbers of the track (overlapping) coulters are stored in its memory

• the ability to connect an external tachometer to display the fan speed near the internal combustion engine
