Seeders the pneumatic universal SPU - 6, the SPU - 6D, the SPU - 6L are intended for crops practically of all grain, leguminous and grass crops, such as: wheat, rye, barley, oats, peas, a lupine, a clover, Vika, turnip, carrots, a swede, etc. on the soils prepared under crops with use of mineral and organic fertilizers. At the same time high precision of crops is provided.
Seeders are simple in service, are universal in readjustment, at crops one tractor operator works.
Seeders are aggregated with tractors of classes 1,4.

Device and work of a seeder of pneumatic universal
The seeder of the SPU represents the hinged car consisting of a frame and established on it: two basic wheels, one of which (left) driving; a soshnikovy bar with soshnik and a zagortachama; rippers of traces of wheels of a seeder and tractor; the pneumatic centralized sowing system; the mechanism of the drive of the sowing device; two sledoukazatel with the mechanism of management; the fan drive with the driveshaft; systems of overlapping of semyaprovod; grain level control systems; footboards; arm of dimensions; supports.
Central dispensing
The central dispensing is system heart. Through a cellular gear wheel of the portioning device the expense of the sowing weight occurs in strictly certain quantity. Edges of a cellular gear wheel are protected by rubber consolidation 2A and a nylon brush 2B so seed material is not subject to damages and does not pour out when jolting. Smooth adjustment of norm of seeding is carried out only by movement of latches of the cellular coil 2 of the dosing device. The seeds which passed the batcher get to an injector 3, move with an air stream from the fan 1, are transported to the distributor 4 up, evenly mix up in a pipe and arrive further to soshnik. By means of the distributor 5 it is possible to change row - spacing width.
