Bunker scales help to organize weighing and dosing of loose products and liquids in storage facilities with the unpacked organization of warehousing.
Basis for creation of bunker scales are devices weight tensometric UVT (strain gages).
Bunker scales are applied on:
- Bulk warehouses of liquid and loose raw materials in tanks and bunkers in the grain processing and baking industry, in chemical industry and metallurgy, in pharmaceutical production, etc.
- Production and at modernization of standard and special platform, railway, automobile weights, etc.
- Production and modernization of dosers of any complexity and appointment in all industries as gages and management.
Technical implementation of UVT allows to build in easily them systems of data collection and processing, to create systems of accounting of raw materials and materials, and also to manage technology processes thanks to availability of the RS - 232 and/or RS - 485 interface, and also signals and contacts of control of executive mechanisms.
All necessary equipment (in particular, sensors weight, strain gages) and technical documentation, the installation and commissioning of the weight measuring or dosing equipment allowing to execute by forces of the Customer or specialists of manufacturer is the part of UVT.
To start works after the field assembly of operation it is necessary to execute compensation of tare mass of empty capacity, the bunker or the platform.
Bunker scales are completed with UVT (the delivery set):
- Primary Converters of Force (PCF)
- Nodes vesovosprinimayushchy (UVV)
- The secondary device with indication and governing bodies
- Terminal (distribution) box or preliminary amplifier
- Connecting cables
- Passport (RE)
