Saturatorny installation, LPM5.1

The Saturatorny LPM5 installation is intended for deaeration of water, saturation by its carbon dioxide.

The main components of installation are: columns of deaeration, carbonization and a ready-made product, respectively, the pump vacuum, the pump saturatsionny, and also the control panel, pipelines with shutoff valves, and also control and measuring devices and safety valves.

Principle of work of installation in the saturator mode:

The water intended for preparation of drink via the crane, the filter and the valve moves in a deaeration column where the vacuum pump creates the rarefied environment in which water is exempted from a considerable share of the air which is contained in it. From a deaeration column water is pumped by the saturatsionny pump in a jet nozzle. Passing through a nozzle, water faces carbon dioxide and is sated with it. Extent of saturation of CO2 water depends on pressure established on the regulator (0,1... 0,4 MPas), a gap between a confusor and the diffuser, and adjustment of a consumption of carbon dioxide is carried out by movement of a needle of the igolchaty valve. Saturated water comes to the carbonization column which is under excessive pressure of CO2 (0,15... 0,45 MPas, are set by pressure regulator). Ready drink from the lower part of a column of carbonization is served on pouring. The sensors tracing level in columns of deaeration and carbonization operate turning on of valves and the given electric motors of pumps.

The surfaces having contact with a product are made of stainless steel.
