The main concept of system - functionality and modern design. Use of the ALT118 system allows to save room space significantly. Besides, considerable advantages of ALT118 are its reliability, profitability and simplicity of installation.

The design of a partition represents a framework from the aluminum shape with a possibility of installation of economic filling 16 mm thick. As filling the chipboard and polycarbonate can be applied moisture resistant.
The system includes 5 profiles for production of modular cabins with oar doors or without them. Doors are made of the same material of filling.
The ALT118 system in comparison with competitive analogs has a number of essential advantages.

Attractive appearance.

Partitions of ALT118 look attractive and easy due to use of small visible width of the edged profile — only 9,5 mm. Besides, it allows to hide possible defects on filling material (for example, the probable chips appearing at a material cut).

Beauty and laconicism of designs from ALT118 are emphasized by the minimum quantity of visible fixture reached due to fastening of the edged profile in an end face.

The hidden installation of fixture is provided by also original configuration of the top profile.

There is an opportunity to realize esthetic turn of a design, without making heavier its appearance, due to use of an original profile of angular transition.
Profitability of ALT118 in comparison with other systems is caused by optimization of nodal decisions.

The price of 1 sq.m of the ALT118 system is lower than average market prices of economy class designs. Reliability and stability of a design provides the strengthened top profile thanks to which the system does not concede to partitions with thickness of filling of 22-25 mm.

Convenience of installation

Simplicity of assembly of ALT118 is provided with use of simple nodal decisions.
Compensation of a possible inclination of walls is caused by existence of high sidewalls of a profile of a vertical rack. This feature of a profile allows to regulate the angle of installation of filling in a profile in the course of installation.
Compensation of possible roughnesses of a floor is reached by means of hinged adjustable support.

There is a possibility of the choice of two options of loops: plastic and steel. Such opportunity is defined by the optimum height of the edged profile framing a door cloth.
Assembly and installation of designs from the ALT118 system do not require the special equipment.
Profiles make of primary aluminum alloy of the AlMg0.7Si 6063 brand according to GOST22233-2001.
Standard colors of coloring of profiles: RAL9016 (white), RAL7037 (gray), RAL9006 (silvery metallic).
