For this reason salt is so important for us. There are several types of salt which is made for our consumption: crude (sea), cleared (dining room) and iodated. Kosher salt is chloride sodium which is processed for receiving flat crystals. Also there is so - called Epsom bitter salt or salt of Epsom - magnesium sulfate.
