Safety Device "Promalp FEDYA" standard

The trigger device "Promalp FEDYA" — an avtoblokant or semi-automatic self-stopping ustroystvodlya descent on an unary rope with a diameter from 9 to 12 mm. During descent the device automatically stops at an otpuskaniye of the operating handle.

Adjustment of speed of descent is carried out both by a tension of the free end of a rope, and an angle of rotation of the rukoyatirolika-clown. Thanks to in an avtoblokant of a roller instead of the clown, the trigger device "Promalp FEDYA" possesses very small coefficient of friction force of a rope at its use for rise. For the same reason the device has very soft management of descent. Descent is possible even without tension of the free end of a rope!

When performing high-rise works as method of industrial mountaineering, besides, it can be used as:

• the second clip for rise on a rope "self-pulling";
• the self-safety device when moving on a vertical or inclined rope handrail;
• the safety device for "reception" lower;
• the elementary block with a clip for raising of small freights and the organization of polyspasts with the resulting effort no more than 400 kg.

The trigger device on a rope with a diameter of 10 mm maintains breakthrough of freight weighing 100 kg with a falling factor two (F=2)!

There are modifications of the device in standard and "mirror" executions.

On comparisons with the previous version of "Fedya" in the real device except the changed design diameter of an opening under a carbine is increased (from 13 to 14 mm!) clown's plugs. The plug is manufactured of stainless steel now. And for increase in a gap between the clown and a cheek of "Fedya" on the plug of the clown the remote washer is established.

The trigger device is manufactured of steel. At the request of the customer production of an avtoblokant "Fedya" from an aluminum alloy is possible.

Durability and operational characteristics conform to requirements of DSTU EN 341:2006 "Individual means of protection from falling from height. Devices for descent".

The trigger device "Promalp FEDYA" is tested for durability in NSTs "Standard" Kiev. It is certified.
