Two-level progressive or modulation gas torches with low emission of nitrogen oxides (Low NOx) of the RS/E-EV (MZ) series are developed for use in heatgenerators of different function of average power. Low emissions of nitrogen oxides (Low NOx) during the work of torches of RS/E-EV MZ allow to use them in those places where there are restrictions on emissions of harmful substances in environment. Torches can be delivered as with the extended head (t.l.), and with standard (t.c.). The RS 44/E MZ models can be delivered in single-phase (M) and three-phase (T) execution. This series of torches consists of nine standard sizes with power from 44 to 2650 kW
Frontal access to all knots of a torch;
Control of a torch without removal from the heatgenerator;
Existence of the air gate operated by a servomotor, which is closed at switching off of a torch (prevents losses of heat through a heatgenerator flue);
Existence of the gas butterfly valve operated by a servomotor (allows to use a one-stage gas stage or the multiblock with a torch);
Adjustment of geometrical parameters of a head of a torch depending on torch power; - the torch fan with a special form of blades (the lowered noise level);
Possibility of use of a torch, as in a progressive, and modulation operating mode (at existence of the modulator).
The existence on the case of a torch of sockets for electric connections simplifying installation and maintenance (for RS 34/E - 44/E).
Regulation of a ratio gas-air is provided with the controller of burning of REC 27-37 that allows to increase efficiency of a torch.
Possibility of connection to torches of the frequency regulator (inverter) of the engine of the fan (for RS/EV MZ)
