The welding equipment is intended for rotation of products around a vertical axis with a welding speed at automatic arc electric welding of circular seams under gumboil or in the environment of protective gases or their installation in a comfortable position at a mid-flight speed at semi-automatic or manual welding.
Rotator bed welded. On a table the drive of rotation of the faceplate consisting of the electric motor and a worm and cylindrical reducer is mounted. The rotator is supplied with the device for an automatic stop after the end of welding of a circular seam with overlapping. The product fastens on the faceplate with T-shaped grooves by means of fastenings. The design of a spindle provides a possibility of a supply of compressed air when fastening of the welded product on the faceplate or in adaptation.
The electrical accessories of management are placed in a separate case.
