Rotary ovens "monsoon - rotor" are designed for industrial intensive operation at the enterprises of the baking and confectionery industry.
To improve the energy efficiency and environmental safety of baking ovens , a number of innovative solutions were applied during the development, which made it possible to bring the efficiency of the ovens closer to the theoretically achievable maximum. An innovative three - way design of a counterflow heat exchanger has been introduced, where the air flow circulating in the furnace moves from the cold zone of the heat exchanger to a hotter one, heating up as much as possible before entering the baking chamber, and the exhaust gas flow pattern is optimized. This made it possible to reduce the heating time of the ovens, significantly reduce the time to reach the operating temperature at the beginning of the baking cycle and between baking, significantly reduce the temperature of the exhaust gases and, accordingly, increase the efficiency and reduce the consumption of gas or liquid fuel by up to 30% . Specifications Rotary ovens provide a continuous baking process - "cart after cart".
