is established in the place of the maximum rates of set of curvature for elimination of attrition of a column of NKT and bars, for reduction of friction forces in couple of "bar pipe".

Criteria of applicability

• The minimum diameter e / to the side trunk (ST): 102х6, 5, Æвнутр =89mm; • A deviation corner from a vertical in a pump installation site – no more than 90 degrees Depth of kickoff of BS – 950 – 1800 m * ; • BS length – 400 – 600 m * ; • Output of wells: BS f102kh6, 5mm – to 22 m3/d; BS f114 mm – to 35 m3/d * ;

Technical characteristics of USShN with a rope bar

• Depth of descent of the pump with L=1500mm plunger – no more than 1650 m; • Depth of descent of the pump with L=2200mm plunger – no more than 2000 m; • Length of a rope bar - to 2000 m (when using the PKS - 5 unit); • Lengthening of a rope bar is 15% more than lengthening of an integral bar of ShN19; • The specified tension of a rope of 170 MPas; • Explosive effort of a rope of 370 kN; • The weight of one running meter of a rope - 2, 4 kg; • Application of a heavy bottom is obligatory; • Time between failures of 5, 5 million cycles; • The squeezing loads of a rope are not allowed.
