  Live rolls (the roller conveyor) consists of group of rollers which axes are fixed in the frame established on racks. On motionless axes of a frame of the conveyor in bearings rollers rotate. In some designs the welded rollers rotating in the bearing knots established on a live rolls frame are applied. Roller length in roller conveyors has to be slightly more than width or diameter of freight, and the distance between rollers is slightly less than a half of freight length.
Small freights with a difficult configuration move on roller konveyerea in boxes, on special pallets, or on pallets.

   Use of live rolls:
