TECHNICAL DATAS
The operation principle of a roar consists in forced division of a source material into five classes ( + 4; - 4 + 2; - 2 + 1; - 1 + 0,5; - 0,5). Division happens at the movement of material on the shaker screen to a certain size of cells. Vibration is transferred to a sieve from the vibroactivator which is rigidly installed on a stretcher. At rotation of an eccentric shaft of the vibroactivator there is alternating centrifugal force operating on a set of the framework attached to a stretcher by means of latches and screw clips. The stretcher is hung on a folding frame by means of the adjusted and not adjustable spring blocks. An exit of a classified material is carried out through output branch pipes of a divider.
