my name is Timo and I am from Germany. I am looking to scale up my production of yoghurt. For this I was thinking about a proofer to ferment the milk to yoghurt.
For this process the temperatur of the milk needs to be hold at 42-44°C for 10 hours.
Is your proofer able do this? Is it suitable for this ussage?
Can you tell me the real power consumption of your proofer if it hold the temperature at 44°C for 10 hours?
