my name is Timo and I am from Germany. I am looking to scale up my production of yoghurt. For this I was thinking about a proofer to ferment the milk to yoghurt.
For this process the temperatur of the milk needs to be hold at 42-44°C for 10 hours.
Is your proofer able do this? Is it suitable for this ussage?
