The range of material to be manufactured covers light alloys, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, high steel alloys, heat resisting alloys, titanium alloys, and super alloys.

Small, medium and large size turbine and compressor casings,gearbox casings, spinners, covers, links, aerodynamic surface control parts, etc. manufactured on specialized CNC machine centers, 3 and 5 axes (Wotan, SIP,Cincinnati, Steinel, MCV, etc.)

Compressor and turbine discs, rings, diaphragms of small and medium size on vertical and horizontal CNC lathes (Boeringer, Ikegai, Bertiez) and broaching capabilities for compressor, turbine shafts and discs.

Rotating parts (small shafts, rings, couplings, nuts) manufactured in dedicated cells , organized according the size of family of parts, requiring cutting, milling, turning and grinding (ID &OD).

Gear manufacturing line having capabilities for gears modules 1 to 6, including internal and external splines, special couplings (Curvic, Hirth), cutting, grinding and inspection operations; machines tools are supplied by Gleason and Fenwick (gear total inspection machines).

General machined parts as shafts, spindles, fittings, connectors, plates, frame components requiring to be machined on lathes and /or small / medium size mills, coordinate boring machines, ID and OD grinding machines, etc.
