Description

 The PKM101 regulator is intended for automatic configuration
inductance of the grounding RZDPOM (DGK) dugogasyashchy coil to value, 
to the answering condition of compensation of a capacitor component of current through the place
short circuits on the earth in electric network of 6-35 kV.

The condition of compensation is appointed by the consumer through digital installations, 
  the settings of the reactor giving an opportunity   according to requirements
normative documents to accuracy – not huzhe5%. 
The term of compensation can be quoted with the amendment (installation
shifts), for example, at a size of nonlinearity of inductance of DGK.

Operation of the regulator is followed by the modulated trial influence on
network, providing reliability  of the DGK-control independence of accuracy from
sizes of a natural component of tension of shift of a neutral. 

Additional functional features of the regulator: 
- a small response of tension of shift of a neutral to trial influence – 
to
5-7%; 
- stability against self-oscillations; 
- the sparing wear of the DGK electric drive; 
- the prevention of failures of trailer switches  of the DGK drive at
pomekhozashchishchenny chains of connection to the DGK sensor; 
- the accounting of short circuits on the earth with a tag of time of emergence and duration of action.

 DEVICE
The case of management of the regulator is calculated on placement indoors
for the device of relay protection and automatic equipment. The case has a removable casing.

In connection between payments - demountable. External connections to knots
the assembly panel – screw. Zto provides a possibility of performance
recovery repair by method of pouzlovy replacement, without dismantle of a case. 
The case  of the PKM101 regulator forms independently (without external devices) 
tension for the executive asynchronous electric motor of the DGK drive. 
   (risunok2)  buttons, symbolical are brought to the front panel of the regulator
the indicator, dot LED indicators and window for observation of indications
segment indicator of the converter of frequency, sufficient for the organization
modes of automatic and manual control  by the DGK drive,  and also control
the accompanying informative parameters. 

The transformer of trial tension is intended for placement in
direct proximity from DGK,   including external. The transformer has
dry execution  it is also put into the metal case consisting from
the basis and a removable casing with an apron (from composite, noncorrosive
material) for additional protection against an atmospheric precipitation. Basis and casing
are made of galvanized metal and are covered outside and in powder
paint. Fastening of a casing to the basis is carried out by two lock screws, 
twisted in the long parties of the bottom. Below, in the middle of vertical walls of an apron
 openings for a vvinchivaniya/vyvinchivaniye of lock screws are provided with
the help of a key-shestigrannika3 of mm at breaking-out/fixing of a casing. Next
two openings can be used for pressing of a casing to the bottom by means of a core lever, for example, of the screw-driver. 

In the basis of the case thermoinputs for connection conductors are built in. 
From conclusions of an exit of the transformer dot light-emitting diode is fixed
the indicator intended for visual control (through an observation port) 
operability of the transformer during operation. About operation of the transformer
this indicator signals the pulsing luminescence with an excitement frequency
(modulations). 

At operation of the regulator in the automatic mode the constant is reached
readiness of DGK for creation of the compensating current of effective size. 
The situation "Short circuit on the earth" is distinguished by the regulator according to
requirement of GKD 34.20.172-95 "Standard instruction for compensation of capacitor current
short circuits on the earth in electric networks of 6-35 kV", item 4.9 - on excess

tension on DGK (on the symbolical indicator – parametromu0) at with t and in to and, set
user (do15% of phase tension of network). 
The regulator defines extent of compensation (on the symbolical indicator – 
parameter K) – the relation of the inductive current created by DGK to capacitor current
single-phase short circuit on the earth, also minimizes a control error - a deviation
extents of compensation from 100% according to the set installations of accuracy, and also
the amendment (installation of shift), for example, at a size of nonlinearity of inductance
DGK. 
Information on extent of compensation is taken on  a contour response on
the modulated trial tension entered into a rupture of a chain of grounding of DGK. It
trial impact on network allows to exclude influence on the taken useful
information of non-stationary parameters of a natural component of tension
neutral shifts. Trial influence represents tension okolo25 In
industrial frequency with amplitude modulation at a frequency okolo3 Hz. 

Commands of the regulator are fulfilled by the built-in frequency and adjustable
the drive providing management the DGK motor reducer without electric and
mechanical overloads. 
  In network of short circuit on the earth the regulator reacts to emergence the following
in the way: 
- blocks automatic configuration of DGK if the corresponding setting is set
(option); 
- signals the dot indicator "SHORT CIRCUIT TO EARTH"; 
- duplicates the called light signal change of a condition of two groups
cross over "dry" contacts of the output relay; 
- replaces on the symbolical indicator of the indication of system hours text
tag "Earth!". 
The specified tag represents an electronic analog of a blinker alarm
the electromechanical relay – its kvitirovaniye (removal) is made by the DUMPING button 
and it is possible only after cancellation in network of short circuit on the earth.
  In network of short circuit on the earth the regulator reacts to the termination
automatic removal of all signals "SHORT CIRCUIT TO EARTH" (except a tag
"Earth!") and restoration of the mode of automatic configuration of DGK. 
On shutdown or blocking of operation of the converter of frequency regulator
"READINESS of the REGULATOR" and text reacts later 60 with removal of a signal
tag of "Sboy1" on the symbolical indicator instead of indications of system hours. This
the tag is removed automatically after recovery of operation of the converter of frequency. 
     The regulator reacts to frequent launches of the DGK drive blocking
automatic control, removal of a signal "READINESS of the REGULATOR" and
text tag of "Sboy2" on the symbolical indicator instead of indications system
hours. This situation can  arise in a false manner in the MANUAL mode in time
navigation according to the menu the buttons "MORE", IT is "LESS". Readiness restoration
the regulator to work in the SUBMACHINE GUN mode it is made by the DUMPING button. 
Messages of the symbolical indicator is defined by the active section of the menu
regulator. The menu consists of five sections  which description is submitted to the customer.

Tame teams in the form of short-term are applied to work with the menu (to
0,5 c) pressing  of the buttons "MENU", "INPUT", "DUMPING", and also short-term or
extended pressing  of the buttons "MORE", IT is "LESS". Extended teams
are applied to continuous search (increase or reduction) of digital
values with the smooth growth of speed of increments to 10 times at the extent
teams (deduction of the button in the pressed state) bolee10 page.
Navigation according to the menu by the MORE/LESS teams is possible in any of
modes "SUBMACHINE GUN" / "MANUAL". In the MANUAL mode of pressing of the MORE buttons, 
Are "LESS" combined with teams of control of the DGK drive. Exception of superfluous
movements of the drive on  operating time from the menu it is possible by shutdown
frequency converter introduction automatic switch.

in any direction – on increase or decrease of serial number. 
Agreeing to the invitation the VVOD team the user passes to
to the second level of the menu - to the level of reading contents of the section. In case of list
contents of the section "Settings" navigation according to the list in any is also possible
direction. Return from reading to a section table of contents – at the command of "MENU". 
Existence of the question "REPLACEMENT?" in contents of the section indicates an opportunity
transition by the VVOD team from reading (the second level of the menu) to editing
contents of the section (installation) – to the third, final level of the menu. Size
installations it is appointed the teams "MORE", IT is "LESS" and it is remembered in team
"INPUT". On the lower line of the indicator in the mode of editing installation
are displayed: old value, then text "New:" and the appointed value. Later
records of installation in non-volatile memory of the regulator there is automatic
transition to the previous level of the menu - from editing to reading installation. 
The name of buttons and text designations in the menu of all levels are picked up with
calculation of creation of the friendly interface allowing the user to work with
the menu intuitively, without storing of step-by-step instructions. 
The section menyu1/5 - "Work" - becomes active at turning on of the regulator
(the holder of a safety lock on the assembly panel in a case) and after team
"DUMPING". Precedes emergence on the symbolical indicator of working messages
three-second text prompt in which are provided: regulator type, version and year
release of the software, and also number of the contact mobile phone

developer. Working messages are the main for the consumer and include in

the symbolical indicator of the indication of system hours and coefficient To are replaced

Format of contents of the section of the menu 5/5 - "Installation":

Installations are available to reading and editing by the user in time
operation of the regulator. Their list, an essence and values are provided in the table in those. documentation received by the customer.

Installation 0 – "Time" - when editing has the "@-mm-dd hh:mm" format, in
which the edited number (years, month, day, hours, minutes) is allocated
the pulsing blackout of a znakomest during navigation by the MENYU team. 
The menu did not include the group of installations of the administrator intended for
the experts who are carrying out setup of the regulator by production and before
operation. The call of installations of the administrator to reading is carried out special
by performance in time of the DUMPING and MENU teams - the DUMPING button is released
at the pressed MENYU button. Ways of navigation, editing and preservation
installations of the administrator same, as for installations of the user. Work comes to the end with
installations of the administrator by the DUMPING team.

Speed of the movement  of the DGK drive depends on  tension frequency, 
arriving from the converter of frequency, equal 30 or 10 Hz   according to
 operating mode  of the MANUAL or SUBMACHINE GUN regulator. To these frequencies
the converter accelerates in techeniye5 with at each launch of the drive, than
the choice of side plays in elements of kinematics and, as a result, an exception is provided
mechanical and electric overloads of the electric motor. Frequency and adjustable
tension is formed by the converter with use of pulse-width
modulations. Its frequency is appointed minimum for decrease accompanying
active losses. The called features of operation of the converter of frequency are set
some of its parameters (installations) given in table 6. The others
parameters of the converter remain factory (Lenze. Menu of parameters, 
receptions  of their call to reading and editing contain in the instruction on
operation of the converter.

INDICATIONS OF SECURITY MEASURES
Installation and operation of the regulator have to be carried out by electrotechnical
the personnel which studied the present manual and a past instructing on
to labor protection in accordance with the established procedure. 
The case of the RKM-101 regulator has to be constantly grounded through a hairpin on
the assembly panel in a case designated by the sign "earth". 
The case of the transformer of trial tension has to be connected to the tire
grounding through a special hairpin in the basis, designated by the sign "earth". 
Quality check and prevention of electric connections in the block have to
to be carried out only at the removed food and the disconnected DGK. 
The works connected with a touch to output chains of disconnected
the frequency converter, it is possible to carry out only on the expiration not less than three minutes – 
time of the category of capacity of the internal condenser, during which at the weekend
chains of the converter there can be dangerous tension. 


TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE


Transportation has to be carried out according to GOST19294-84. 

Storage conditions regarding influence of climatic factors of the external environment
– on group of conditions hraneniya2 (C) GOST15150-69. 


MAINTENANCE
Inclusion/shutdown of automatic switches and safety lock in
to case of the regulator it can be carried out in any order and   at any time
time. 
At parallel inclusion of several  smoothly adjustable DGK for
receiving the raised compensation currents without loss of frequency rate of regulation or in
 association case on substation of several sections of tires with own DGK
it is allowed to continue operation in the SUBMACHINE GUN mode of all regulators
PKM101, connected to each DGK. Operability of such complex
the equipment previously it is tested for lack of self-oscillations (frequent
alternations  of the teams "MORE", IT is "LESS") at automatic working off
the mismatches appointed before it it is artificial  by means of the mode
"MANUAL". Emergence in network of short circuit on lands is considered by all included
regulators. 
If at parallel inclusion of several DGK  decrease is admissible
frequency rates of regulation of total current of compensation,  in work can be
only one regulator is left. Switch-off regulators of those DGK which current is close
or it is equal to one of extreme values, leaving for automatic configuration
DGK with a stock of regulation of current. If necessary apply manual control
DGK before shutdown of regulators. 
8.3 The service personnel exercise visual control
operability of a case of the PKM101 regulator according to indications symbolical and dot
indicators (see tablitsu2), and also the modulator block - on a periodic luminescence
the dot indicator under the basis. 
At control of indications of dot indicators of a case of the regulator follows
to pay attention, first of all, on: 
- working hours of network – on a condition of the dot indicator "Short Circuit on the Earth"; 
- an operating mode of the regulator (management of the DGK control) - on a luminescence dot
Submachine Gun or Manual indicators; 
- readiness of the regulator for control  of the DGK-electric drive on a luminescence
dot indicator "Readiness of the Regulator". 
At control of indications of the symbolical indicator pay attention to values
all (four) parameters of working messages, comparing their size with a situation: 
- parametru0 – with working hours of network; 
- parametril – with a range of regulation of DGK; 
- parameter K – with the expected control accuracy; 
- indications of system hours – with astronomical time. 
If necessary arrange system hours. Accuracy of indications system
hours affects only reliability of registration in time of short circuits in network and
failures of the regulator. Essential lag of hours indicates per day the need
replacements of the lithium battery on a payment of digital processing of signals. Average term
operation of the battery – 10 years. 


PREPARATION FOR WORK
Components of the regulator are placed on in advance prepared places. 
The case of a case has a design, convenient for installation, - consists of assembly
the panel and a removable casing with a door. Adjusting openings are provided in the panel
with coordinates 316 (height) h226 (width) of mm under M6 bolts. Height of fastening of a case 

over floor level indoors has to be convenient for service, observation for
indication and pressing of buttons. 
On the relay panel shirinoy800 mm can be placed at one height two
case. Fastening of a case on the vertical plane has to be with a space not less
10 mm (realized, for example, by means of additional nuts on adjusting
bolts) for ensuring circulation of the cooling air. From above a case has to
to be free space not less than 10 mm high for a possibility
removals of a casing. 
The case of the transformer of trial tension fastens through four openings
under  M8 bolt in two basic P-shaped arms. Coordinates at with t and N about in about h N y x
openings  of rather geometrical center of the basis: 200 (along wide
parties) *183 mm. 
Fastening of the case of the transformer is carried out to external
the metal construction fixed , for example, to the basic rack established
separately or under the grounding dugogasyashchy reactor. The recommended orientation – 
the wide party of the block parallel to the party of a rack with the acting fixing
metal construction. 
Between the basis of the case and a fixing metal construction  in the form of the shelf
it is expedient to provide a gap , for example, on height of a nut and washer,  on purpose
reductions of contact area and ensuring airing. 
Space of the geometrical center of the basis of the case from a rack expediently
to make equal 200-220 mm that corresponds to a space of the next at with t and N about in about h N y x
openings – 110-130 mm. 
From above cases of the transformer there has to be a free space height not
less than 450 mm. for a possibility of removal of a casing. 
Height of fastening has to provide convenient opening of the case, a raising
casing, convenience of a supply of chains of connection,  and also possibility of control
operability of the transformer on a periodic luminescence of dot
indicator (in the presence). 
At external placement of the case orientation of a protective apron is chosen from
calculation of the maximum withdrawal of an atmospheric precipitation from the bearing metal construction, and
height – in addition at the rate of a drift exception snow. 
In the presence of a protective film on an apron it is deleted on completion of installation and
connections of the block. 
Connection  of components of the regulator is recommended to be executed in
compliance with the scheme submitted in the figure 4 (for seti6-10 kV) or risunke5 
(for seti35 kV). 
The case of the regulator is connected through intermediate a klemmnik (on the scheme not
it is shown), located, for example, on a reverse side of the bearing relay panel. 
    It is desirable  for screened to execute connection to the DGK electric motor
cable with grounding of the screen in one point from a regulator case. 
Such connection provides the best protection against radiations
the high-frequency hindrances accompanying operation of the converter of frequency. 
Satisfactory results are yielded by application of unscreened, but , still, separate cable of connection to the electric motor. 
The listed ways of connection allow to exclude hindrances from a signal from
the sensor and to provide  , thereby, a possibility of use in  the option regulator
anticipations of operation of trailer switches at automatic configuration of DGK.

Existence of hindrances in a signal from the sensor or lack of the sensor  does not influence on
working capacity and quality of automatic configuration of DGK. Are lost
respectively the mentioned option or a possibility of remote control of size
DGK control current. 
 In need of bystry connection of the regulator for reconstructed
objects    the existing communications by one (general) can be used 
cable for communication with DGK. In this case the hindrance will be present as at a signal from
the sensor (if it is), and in signals from trailer switches. A hindrance in a signal
from the sensor  does not lead to hardware damages and forces to operate
the regulator without anticipation of operation of trailer switches. A hindrance in signals
from trailer switches it can be shown at operation of trailer
switches (on the opened chain). Essential level of a hindrance interferes
to recognition of operation of trailer switches low-voltage entrance
 regulator chains with  their possible damage. For fight against such hindrance
it is enough to use the relay repeaters of a condition of trailer switches, 
calculated on food from a source of operational current. Size of its tension
dominates over  hindrance level that allows to repeat a condition of trailer
switches. 
Current of operation of the automatic switch in   a regulator power-supply circuit
has to be same, as at automatic vyklyuchatelya1qf2 in the regulator, in a chain
power supply of the transformer of trial tension. 
Preparation of the regulator for work is carried out at disconnected from a neutral
the DGK-high-voltage network the opened disconnector (on the scheme - S1). To the regulator
the MANUAL mode is appointed. Preparation consists of five steps, after performance
which the regulator is ready to work in the SUBMACHINE GUN mode of.9.3.1 Shag1 - check
compliances of the direction of the course of the DGK drive to teams of regulation. 
The indication of the mechanical index of current of DGK is remembered. The command is given on
regulation of current of DGK pressing of the MORE or IT is LESS button for a while
10-15 pages. The sign of an increment of indications of the mechanical index of current of DGK is compared
with type of the used team.  The MORE or IT is LESS team has to
to be followed by a positive or negative increment of current respectively. 
The return sign of an increment of current indicates   changes of an order the need
alternations of phases of tension arriving on the DGK electric motor by change
places of connection of any couple of brought wires. 
Shag2 - check of operability of the scheme of blocking of the course of the DGK drive. 
 It is expedient to carry out an inspection by two performers with mobile communication. 
One performer gives the command "MORE". The second performer controls
indications of the mechanical index of current of DGK also informs the first performer about
approach of indications to the maximum value and about the moment for removal of team
on  termination of work  of the DGK drive.  At the same time correct blocking has to
to be followed by emergence of a light signal of "max" from the dot indicator. It
absence indicates  possible malfunction or weak fastening of top
the trailer switch in the DGK drive. 
Check of blocking of the course of the drive is similarly carried out aside
