Device and principle of work
The regulator consists of three main elements: valve, drive and control point adjustment. The plate of the valve is unloaded from hydrostatic forces.

The regulator represents normally open regulator which principle of action is based on an equilibration of force of elastic deformation of a spring of the control and force created by a difference of pressure in membrane cameras of the drive.
The regulator valve in the absence of pressure is normally open. The impulse of a high pressure of adjustable difference moves a pulse tube on a membrane from the control point adjustment (+ union). The impulse of low pressure moves a pulse tube under a membrane from the valve (-union). Change of an adjustable difference of pressure above the set size installed by means of a spring in the control point adjustment leads to shift of a rod and cover or opening of a plate of the valve till the moment when the size of adjustable pressure difference reaches the size established on the control point adjustment.
When using the regulator as pressure regulator after itself the - union is not used (remains open on the atmosphere).
Attention: in order to avoid damage of a membrane it is not allowed to install a cap on the - union.
