Regenerat tire thermomechanical RShTN brands

Production of a regenerat is carried out from the whole worn-out tires. On structure, structure and properties regenerat it is similar to rubber mixes and it is applied as rubber substitute partially or completely in production of rubber products.

The thermomechanical method of receiving a regenerat consists of the following main operations:

- viewing and sorting of tires

Crushing is carried out by the repeated admission of rubber through a gap of rolls with pro-sowing on sets after each passing through a gap. The rubber which passed top and lower a sieve is exposed to magnetic separation and comes to the bunker of a stock of a ready crumb.

The made rolls of a regenerat pass air cooling, after dusting and viewing of Quality Department are marked and go to finished goods warehouse.
