Reducer of Ts2U-100, Ts2U-125, Ts2U-160, Ts2U-200, Ts2U-250, Ts2U-315, Ts2U-355, Ts2U-400
two-level narrow, is used in drives of various cars and mechanisms for change of torques and frequency of rotation.
Service conditions of reducers of Ts2U-100, Ts2U-125, Ts2U-160, Ts2U-200, Ts2U-250, Ts2U-315, Ts2U-355, Ts2U-400:
- work long to 24 h a day or with periodic stops;
- work in the continuous and repeated and short-term modes, i.e. at variable loadings with periodic stops, loading of one direction and reversive;
- frequency of rotation of a high-speed shaft no more than 1500 rpm;
- rotation of shaft in any party;
- the nonaggressive environment, the atmosphere of types I and II in accordance with GOST 15150 at dust content of air no more than 10 mg/m ³;
- climatic modifications - U1, U2, U3, UHL-4, T1, T2, T3 and O4 in accordance with GOST 15150.
Notes:
1. The allowed torques and radial console loadings for reducers of Ts2U-160,Ts2U-200, Ts2U-250 with transfer numbers 8, 10, 12,5 at an easy operating mode (PV of 15%), Ts2U-200 reducers with the cylindrical end of a low-speed shaft have to be lowered by 20%.
2. Reducers of Ts2U-100, Ts2U-125 with options of assembly 16, 26, 36, and also from the ends of shaft in the form of part of the gear coupling are not made.
3. Ts2U-160 reducer with options of assembly 16, 26, 36 are not made.
4. Reducers of Ts2U-160, Ts2U-200, Ts2U-250 with a low-speed shaft in the form of part of the gear coupling are made by options of assembly 11, 12, 21, 22, 31, 32.
5. Ts2U-250 reducer with a hollow shaft is made by options of assembly 11P, 12P, 21P, 22P, 31P, 32P.
6. Ts2U-200 reducer with the cylindrical end of a low-speed shaft is made by options of assembly 11, 22, 31 i.32, with a hollow shaft by options of assembly 16, 26, 36.
7. Reducers of Ts2U-315, Ts2U-355 and Ts2U-400 are issued with gear gearing of Novikov.
