Description
In redistillators the principle of double distillation is implemented. The received distilled water from the first contour comes to an evaporating copper of the second contour and is exposed to repeated distillation. The received distilled water possesses the improved physical and chemical properties.
The device consists of two evaporating coppers, condensers with the built-in separators and the general electric control unit. Work is based on condensation of carefully separated steam. Tap water comes to an evaporating copper of the first contour and heats up electric heaters to boiling. Water level in an evaporating copper is maintained automatically. The formed steam, passing through a number of separators, gets on walls of the condenser cooled outside by tap water and, being condensed, passes into the distilled water. Further, the received distilled water fills a copper in the second contour. After filling of a copper of the second contour to a working mark, electric heaters turn on and there is a process of repeated distillation (redistillation). Control of water level in evaporating coppers is exercised by touch sensors of level separately for each contour. At abatement of the water level in an evaporating copper, TENY are disconnected automatically. During the resuming of water supply and replenishment of an evaporating copper to a working mark, the device passes into a working condition, without additional intervention.

The body of a distiller is manufactured of stainless steel on the basis of a chrome-nickel-titanium alloy. High-quality steel guarantees high quality of the distilled water, as well as big service life of the device;
Electric heaters are manufactured of a mednonikeliyevy alloy, with the increased resistance to oxidation;
The personnel are informed by a buzzer and a control lamp on shutdown of the device owing to decrease in water level in an evaporating copper that will prevent equipment downtime.
