Reagent starched for boring solutions in the oil and gas industry

The EKR - U starched reagent is intended for processing of the boring solutions applied to washing of wells in the conditions complicated by taluses and collapses of clays and soapstones and receipt in trunk of well of highly mineralized reservoir waters when opening productive layers of permeability variations, and also at workover as liquid for hydraulic fracturing of layers. Is ecologically harmless product since is exposed to biological decomposition, without forming harmful substances. The main advantages - dispersancy in cold water and decrease in water return of boring solutions.

Technical advantages of the boring solutions processed by the offered reagent at its use under production conditions will allow:

• to lower by 2,5 - 5 times of expense of time and funds for preparation and processing of boring solutions due to reduction of time for preparation of reagent, acceleration of receiving drilling mud fluid with the set processing behavior without use of other chemical reagents, high stability of processing behavior in time at salt aggression and at influence of vyburenny breed, and also due to the high colmataging properties therefore the number of after - treatments of drilling mud fluid for maintenance of necessary indicators of properties is reduced;
• to increase quality of opening of productive layers and to increase productivity of oil wells by 2,9 - 10 times due to acceleration of kolmatation of breeds in bottomhole zone and preventions of penetration of drilling mud fluid into layer deeply;
• to prevent the complications and accidents connected with taluses and collapses in unstable clay breeds due to the high inhibiting properties of drilling mud fluid, and also the increased colmataging properties and high portable ability of drilling mud fluid;
• to increase quality of construction of the inclined directed wells and wells with horizontal trunks at the expense of high portable and retentivity of the drilling mud fluid processed by the offered reagent;
