The PR brand device for cleaning of colza with the hydraulic drive of the right and left divider

More than 6.7 m are intended for re-equipment of a grain harvester of domestic and import combines for direct combining of colza, peas with a width of capture of a harvester (DON, Massey Ferguson, John Deere, Claas, Fortshrit, Case, Laverda, New Holland)

Ensures high-quality functioning of the combine with the smallest losses and high efficiency. The design of adaptation consists of the following main knots:

• left and right sidewalls;
• the manual portable cutting device of a fast cut (with shtamposvarny fingers);
• the drive of the portable cutting device by means of a planetary reducer Schumacher;
• the right and left active divider with a hydraulic actuator from stationary station ZIEGLER, production Germany;
• stationary hydrostation with the drive from MPN;
• table 700 mm long;
• protective protections of the drive of the right active divider;
• protective protections of the drive of the cutting device of adaptation and the left active divider;
• the fast-connected captures for fastening of adaptation to harvester sidewalls;

Installation of adaptation does not demand dismantling of the cutting device of a grain harvester.

It is protected by patents of Ukraine and certified.
