The rape table is intended for re-equipment of grain harvesters of domestic and import combines for direct combining of colza.

The rape table (the device for colza cleaning) is intended for re-equipment of grain harvesters of domestic and import combines for direct combining of colza and is aggregated with shnekovy harvesters of domestic and import combines (from 3 m to 9 m)

Installation of a rape table on harvesters of all types of combines is very simple and does not demand special tools.

The rape table ensures high-quality functioning of the combine with the smallest losses. The design of adaptation consists of the following main knots:

— left and right sidewalls;
— the manual portable cutting device;
— the drive of the portable cutting device by means of the mechanism of the shaking washer (MSW) of production of Simferopolselmash plant and applied on Don and Slavutich combines;
— the left active divider with the drive from MKSh of the drive of cutting adaptation device;
— the right active divider with the drive from a knife of cutting adaptation device; — table 700 mm long;
— protective protections of the drive of the right active divider;
— protective protections of the drive of the cutting device of adaptation and the left active divider;
— the fast-connected captures for fastening of adaptation to harvester sidewalls. Installation of adaptation does not demand dismantling of the cutting device of a grain harvester.

Lateral active dividers of a rape table consist of two active knives with special bean segments. The design of the drive of dividers completely excludes vibration of adaptation in work.

Technological process proceeds as follows. At the movement of the unit across the field vertical knives of the cutting device of adaptation divide the rape field into strips down, the horizontal knife of the cutting device of adaptation cuts off colza stalks across, the reel brings portions of stalks to the harvester screw, supports them at the time of a cut. The screw transports stalks to the center of a harvester further through pro-rate bitter in a combine thresher.

The drive of the right lateral divider of a rape table is carried out through a transmission shaft which is set in motion by the MKSh drive.
The rape table consists of a strong steel frame of the harvester extending a desktop on 750 mm, with a width of capture from 3,5 to 9 m;

The rape table (the device for colza cleaning) consists lateral active dividers 1297 mm high with mechanical system of the drive of the bespaltsevy cutting device, serving for division of the mown weight from not mown;
Use of device for colza cleaning (rape table) reduces losses of colza at its cleaning and effectively under any weather conditions.
Productivity of device for cleaning of colza and speed of work corresponds to productivity and the speed of work of a harvester of the combine.

Installation of a rape prefix on harvesters of all types of combines is possible;

Installation of a prefix for cleaning of colza is carried out during short time.

In transit the motor transport length of a body has to correspond to width of capture of a harvester + 0,5 meters.
