Radiometer of beta and gamma radiation PKC - 20. 03 "Pripyat"

The household Pripyat PKC - 20. 03 radiometer is intended for control of a radiation situation in the places of residence and a production activity of the population, and also control of availability of radioactive materials in food and tests of external environment, other liquid and loose substances.

Modification of the Pripyat PKC - 20. 03/1 radiometer is intended for determination of radiation frequency of inhabited and production rooms, personal plots, construction materials, scrap metal and transport.

By means of the radiometer it is possible to measure:

• power of an exposition dose gamma and x - ray radiations;
• power of an equivalent dose scale and x - ray radiations;
• density of a stream of beta particles;
• specific activity of nuclides in food, liquid and loose substances;
• the radiometer can give sound signals of radiation existence.
