Purifying cooler

This equipment is used in the food processing industry for fast cooling and purifying from the dust the fried products like sunflower seeds, coffee, hazelnuts, pistachios, buckwheat, etc.

Work description:

The hopper is filled up with the product and is transported using a vibrating feeder on an electromagnet into the cooler screw. The body of the cooler is made of a perforated sheet. The product passing through the screw is blown by a strong air stream. In this case, the product is cooled and cleaned. The principle of operation is continuous.
