Pump A1 2BB, A3 2BB, A5 2BB and A8 2BB

- the volume horizontal console electric pump unit with the twin-screw pump is intended for pumping of the multiphase (multiphase) reservoir liquids consisting of mix of oil, passing water and oil gas and also for pumping of oil in the main pipelines and at the oil processing enterprises.
Reservoir liquid - mix of oil, passing water and oil gas has the following characteristics:
Viscosity, m ² / with (°VU) - ^1×10-6: ^{1×10-4 (1:100)};
Content of gas - to 90% on volume;
Content of hydrogen sulfide in gas - to 2%;
Density of liquid, kg/m ³ - 1,2×103;
Temperature, To (°C) - 278:353 (5:80);
The maximum concentration of mechanical particles, % - 0,02;
The maximum size of particles, mm - 0,1;
Pressure on an entrance to the pump to 25 kgfs/cm ².

Pumps twin-screw multiphase A1 2BB, A3 2BB, A5 2BB, A8 2BB structurally represent volume pumps. Working bodies - the case (holder) and the rotors (conducting and conducted), located in adjacent through boring of the case (holder). Rotors have bilateral screw cutting of a special form. The liquid coming to the pump through the soaking-up branch pipe is divided into two streams and fills a cavity between rounds of screws. Thanks to various direction of screw cutting in the right and left parts of rotors, the liquid moving along a pump axis to the middle is forced out in a delivery cavity. Rotation on the conducted rotor is transferred to the leader by sinkhnroniziruyushchy gear wheels.

Use of multiphase pumps allows:
- to reduce pressure upon the mouth of a well that allows to increase efficiency and to prolong the term of profitable operation of the field;
- considerably reduces quantity of processing equipment. On the field there are no separators, compressors, pumps for oil pumping, all production from a well (mix of oil, water, associated gas) is transported on one pipeline;
- rational use of associated gas. Excludes torch burning on the field. Improves an ecological situation;
- use of multiphase pumps allows to conduct profitable operation of the remote fields which operation is not favorable when using traditional technology.
Also these pumps can be used to pumping of oil in the main pipelines, and in technological lines at the oil processing enterprises.

Pumps twin-screw multiphase A1 2BB, A3 2BB, A5 2BB and A8 2BB have the following designs:
1 and 3 - a vertical arrangement of a pressure head branch pipe and a horizontal arrangement of an entrance branch pipe;
5 - vertical arrangement of pressure head and entrance branch pipes;
8 - the pump with additional buffer system of face consolidation (on difference of pressure to 40 kgfs/cm ²).
