Appointment: NDD pumps and pump units on their basis like ANDD are intended for pumping of oil products with a temperature up to 400 °C in technological processes of oil processing and petrochemical productions. Depending on a design pumps (units) can be used for pumping of technical water in explosive productions, water and condensate in steam-and-water networks.
Design: Pumps oil two-basic NDD – centrifugal, horizontal, two-basic, one - and multistage with the driving wheel of the first step of a bilateral entrance. As support of a rotor serve portable SKF rolling bearings or slidings with the karterny or compulsory lubrication system depending on power consumption. Consolidations of a shaft – mechanical with omental stuffing of various types, interchanged with mechanical face consolidations of various executions according to the plan 52 or to the plan 53 API 682. In "cold" pumps (oil products with a temperature up to 80 °C) with pressures less than 200 m of the case are made cast spiral with the horizontal socket of carbonaceous steel 25L. In "hot" pumps (oil products with a temperature up to 400 °C) cases are executed with the radial socket in cast spiral or svarnokovanny option from carbonaceous staly. For the pumps which are pumping over water or condensate cast execution of the spiral case with the horizontal socket from gray cast iron is provided.
Materials:
- the case and covers – castings and forgings from carbonaceous staly with corrosion-resistant naplavka on the condensed surfaces, or castings from gray cast iron depending on application conditions;
- details of flowing part – casting and/or a forging from chromic staly 20H13L and 30H13;
- details of slot-hole consolidations – not lifted up corrosion-resistant alloys;
- shaft – high-quality hire from the constructional alloyed steel 40X.
Completeness:
- the pump in assembled form with auxiliary pipelines within the pump;
- counterflanges on branch pipes;
- driving electric motor of explosion-proof execution;
- the connecting municipal unitary enterprise coupling with a protection;
- masloustanovka (if necessary);
- general base frame;
- systems of ensuring work of face consolidations (if necessary);
- details of fastening of the pump, engine and protection of the coupling;
- set ZIP.
