The trailer dump truck consists of the following main knots: the chassis from pneumatic brake system with ABS or EBS, bodies, hydraulic system, electric equipment and an awning.

Traction loop with a diameter of 40 mm or 50 mm according to DIN 74053, dyshlo regulated on a tilt angle.

Chassis of the Fliegl DSK 240 trailer. Three axes with a pneumosuspension bracket (SAF-Holland), admissible weight on an axis of 9000 kg are installed on the chassis. Size of tires 385/65R 22,5. Brake mechanisms in a basic complete set - drum, by the separate order installation of axes with disk brake mechanisms is possible.

The pneumatic suspension bracket allows to change the loading height of the semi-trailer by means of the pneumatic crane installed on the left side of a semi-trailer frame.

The frame of the trailer is finished and in addition strengthened.

In back part of the trailer the back protection device (BPD) according to DSTU UN/ECE R58-01:2003, and on each side lateral protection according to DSTU UN/ECE R73-001:2002 is installed.

To a trailer frame the body fastens by means of in pairs removable axes (at the left or on the right) which give the chance of capsizing of a body on the left or to the right.

The trailer body welded, is made of metal hire of steel of brand of St. 3 frame types with use of sheet steel, pipes, corners and channels. Capacity of a body is 40 ^m3.

The basis of a body is executed from a bent profile 4 mm thick. The binding of a body is executed from a dual pipe of 100х50х4 mm. The steel sheet 3 mm thick, boards from steel sheets 1,5 mm thick and a pipe of 60х40х2 mm is laid on the floor.

Internal sizes of a body: 8280х2480х1910 mm. Overall dimensions of a body: 8400х2600х1990 mm. Loading height is 1320 mm.

On the left side of a body, and also behind there are coming-off boards for unloading of the transported freights. Right board of the deaf. The left board – two or four valves with the top hinge plate and locks. The back board is executed from two parts (for convenience of loading, unloading and transportation of lengthy and bulk cargoes), the lower part - folding with the top hinge plate, top together with lower - oar. The platform with hand-rail is in front established. In the top part of a body there are crossing points for laying of an awning.

The body is closed by an awning from water-repellent polymeric fabric (product Gamma, Beta, Polytex). On an awning the removable handle for a possibility of its taking-up and unwinding from the forward platform is installed.

The body overturns by means of one hydraulic telescopic cylinder (product Hyva, Edbro, Binotto, Penta). The angle of capsizing of a body 41 °-. The hydraulic actuator is established on the car tractor and connected to a trailer hydraulic system by means of a quick-detachable hydraulic sleeve.

Connection of electric equipment of the trailer to car tractor sockets (the 7th contact PS-325, PS-326) is executed according to GOST 9200-76. Light devices of the trailer are executed according to requirements of DSTU UN/ECE R48-02:2002.

The brake system of the trailer double-circuit pneumatic about ABS or EBS (product Knorr-bremse or Wabco) corresponds to DSTU UN/ECE R13-09. Are a part of system: electronic control unit, pneumatic RTS, floor level crane, manual crane of rise / lowering of a platform, brake chambers, two connecting heads, pipelines and other elements.

Each highway is equipped with a separate connecting head. A connecting head of a supply line of red color, the managing director - blue or yellow color. All connecting heads with the built-in main filters.

The trailer dump truck is completed with one spare wheel and two antiretractable blocks (all by the additional order).

The trailer dump truck is painted by high-quality enamels. Paint and varnish covering: the chassis - multilayered, MS-067 soil-enamel, bodies (outside and inside) - multilayered, MS-067 soil-enamel as soil, with the subsequent overlapping two-component iznoso-and heat-resistant UR-1161 enamel. Such covering provides the increased abrasive resistance of a body to attrition with bulks, and also thermal firmness at transportation of hot materials, for example ashes.

Colors of coloring basic: bodies - green, the chassis - gray. By the separate order coloring in other flowers, and also drawing logos and advertizing inscriptions of the customer is possible.
