Preparations and products make of secondary ftoroplast and compositions on TU 6-05-1947-83, and also powders ftoroplastovy thermoprocessed on TU 301-05-25-89 by method of extrusion or pressing with the subsequent agglomeration in forms under pressure or in a free state (for not thermoprocessed ftoroplast). Products make of these preparations by a machining method. Production of preparations and products from mix of vtorichnykhftoroplast — 4, 4D, 4A and 4M is allowed.

Preparations and products from secondary ftoroplast and compositions are intended for production of details of sealing and antifrictional appointment: the laying, rings, plugs working in superheated water, steam and in hostile environment (acids, alkalis, organic solvents or their mixes).
Range of temperatures of operation of details — from minus 60 °C to plus 250 °C.

Warranty period of storage — 5 years from the date of production. Preparations and products from secondary ftoroplasta-4 and 4D can be used after the specified term if at repeated check they conform completely to requirements of TU. The sizes of products and preparations from a secondary ftoroplast and compositions are coordinated between the manufacturer and the consumer and make a reservation in the specification. Depending on extent of pollution of secondary raw materials and physicomechanical indicators of preparation and a product from secondary ftoroplast let out 1 and 2 grades.
