Ashes ablation represent the fine material received at combustion of coal and applied to improvement of physicomechanical and operational properties of construction concrete on the basis of a portlandtsement. Ashes ablation — dry powder of alyumosilikatny structure which does not possess the cementing properties. However ashes ablation possess chemical activity and in the presence of water interact with the calcium hydroxide which is formed at hydration of a portlandtsement with formation of the hydrosilicates of calcium strengthening a cement stone. More dense and strong concrete is as a result formed.
Ashes ablation can also be used for reduction of a rasslaivayemost and improvement of an udoboukladyvayemost and concrete mix, increase in water tightness and sulfate resistance of concrete, reduction of its shrinkage and warmth of hydration of cement, increase of strength at compression and a bend.
Ashes ablation have the gray or light gray color close to color of cement. Generally its chemical composition is presented by oxides silicon, aluminum, iron and calcium, and also impurity in the form of oxides of magnesium, sulfur, sodium and potassium. The phase structure of the STORAGE includes mainly alyumosilikatny glass, and also quartz, oxides of iron and insignificant amount of not burned down carbon. Particles of ashes ablation have generally spherical shape and the sizes from one to 150 microns (the average size of a particle less than 20 microns). True density 2,2 gsm3, bulk density is 690-700 kg/m3.
