Production of stampings

Our production capacities of forge and press production allow to make stampings of various brands (in particular became, titanic alloys, aluminum alloys) various forms and the sizes:

- on goryache-forming pressa by effort from 400 to 3200 CU, a lot of stamping are 20 kg.;

- by horizontally forging car by effort 250 CU;

- on hammers with a mass of the falling parts 1t and 3 of t, a lot of stamping to 15 kg.

Production is equipped with all necessary service equipment for heat treatment, an obrudovaniye for cleaning of shtamovka after heat treatment and the equipment for control of stampings (the magnetic defectoscope, stiloskopy, hardness gages, etc.).

We are ready to make stampings of various configuration and the sizes as according to drawings, and to develop design tekhnologicheskyu documentation.
