Lines of distribution are the most important link of any catering establishment. To the line of distribution for the dining room or cafe each visitor goes to choose dishes from the declared range. As lines of distribution are a peculiar boundary between production of food and its realization, it has to both to attract the visitor, and to provide his high-quality service. Lines of distribution of food are intended also for short-term storage of the first and second courses, cold and hot appetizers, confectionery, drinks, and also for providing clients with trays and tableware.
