The RDF - 184 - 4 pressure regulator (4 sections with a pressure gauge and a filter) is designed to control the amount of liquid supplied to the sprayer boom sections by changing the pressure in the pressure line of the spray system.
The actuators of the regulator have manual control. The main valve of the regulator is designed to control the total flow of fluid coming from the pump. The main valve is controlled by a handle. In the closed position, all the liquid coming from the pump into the fitting is directed to drain into the main tank through the drain fitting. When sprayer boom fluid is turned on, fluid flow is directed through the main valve with a filter pressure control system and then distributed through the section valves to the boom sections. Pressure adjustment is carried out using an adjusting nut, while excess fluid is discharged back into the main tank. The pressure in the system is controlled by a glycerine - filled manometer, which prevents the pointer from vibrating.
Liquid filtration is carried out by means of a filter having the function of self - cleaning filter element. Also, using the filter handwheel, you can adjust the performance of the sprayer's hydraulic mixers, which eliminates foaming in the main tank.
The regulator is fixed with brackets 5 with anti - corrosion coating.
