Press shnekovy for production of briquettes

The press shnekovy is intended for receiving alternative fuel from raw materials (sawdust, a buckwheat peel, a peel).
The press provides briquettes of any length of square section. Makes the sizes of the received briquettes - 1,09 g/cm3
The initial product continuously comes to the reception bunker where the voroshitel preventing caking is located
"lag" of a product and providing its uniform receipt in an extruder head cavity.
In a head of an extruder the forming knot consisting of the steel coupling with heaters, the forming plugs - conic and six-sided is located,
and the screw pressing exactly there is a formation of a continuous briquette of a six-sided form.
Originally the product gets to a head chamber, and in process of its filling the screw gives initial raw materials to conic part of the plug,
where there is a pressing.
Efforts from the pressing screw condense mix on all section. Under the influence of forces of compression and temperature natural binding (lignin)
it is plasticized. At the same time on a surface and an internal opening along an axis of a briquette the nauglerozhenny layer is formed,
which serves as a protective hydrophobic cover in the course of storage and transportation of a briquette,
and also is as if greasing and promotes easy passing of a briquette in the plug.
Conic execution of a shaft of the pressing screw also promotes increase of density of a briquette.
