Press of a dozhim pdm

Are intended for final pressing of cakes of oil-containing cultures according to the scheme of double pressing.

The cake which is subject to pressing continuously comes via the nutritious device to a reception part of the zeerny camera, in it material is taken the first round of a shnekovy shaft and moves along the camera. Under the influence of the arising pressure oil is wrung out from raw materials, passes through cracks of the zeerny camera and gathers in reception capacity. Cake is pushed out by a shnekovy shaft from the zeerny camera where at an exit the adjusting device regulates the size of compression and thickness of the coming-out cake.

In the PDM-500M model the design of the zeerny camera is optimized, namely:
the working area of the zeerny camera is extended, pressure is lifted and convenient disclosure of the zeerny camera is provided that allows to reduce labor costs at service of a press. The design of bearing knot ensures continuous trouble-free operation.
