The electrohydraulic universal technological press of execution of PKMV-160 with the microprocessor operator console and the asynchronous electric drive of the driving pump is intended for formation and curing of composite materials (coal plastics, fibreglasses, rubber, rezinoasbestovy mixes and other materials). Is issued according to GOST 11997-89 and TU 3624-002-75911452-2013.
The Vulkanizatsionny press of execution of PKMV-160 can be used for pressing of thermoreactive plastic and insulating production, at production of samples for test of rubber mixes according to requirements of GOST 30263-96 (ISO 2393, ASTM D3182) and samples of polyethylene according to GOST 16337-77, and also for tests for compression within technical capabilities. The Vulkanizatsionny press of execution of PKMV-160 is equipped with a microprocessor control system and registration of power and temperature indicators of test.
The system of microprocessor management of a press allows:
- To carry out physicomechanical tests and technological processes in manual / semi-automatic / automatic control modes by heating of plates, effort of their preload and time of pressing
- To program parameters of physicomechanical tests and technological processes in the dialogue mode
- To perform digital tuning of datchikovy system, system of the asynchronous electric drive of the driving pump, system of heating and automatic zeroing
- To bring data arrays in the form of tables, schedules to the display and the laser printer, and also to keep these data
- To provide digital protection of a press against overloads and emergencies

Under the additional agreement the design of a vulkanizatsionny press of PKMV-160 can turn on the peripheral equipment:
- Water cooling of plates for acceleration of their cooling after heating
- Auxiliary designs and tables (rolgangovy, lifting, pneumatic) for more convenient placement and movement of compression molds
- Protection of a working zone with a possibility of use of system of ventilation
- Protective protection of a working zone (on the basis of photo pulse sensors or mechanical limit switches)
