Preparation of APG for delivery in the gas transmission system of JSC Gazprom

For the gas accepted to transportation on pipeline transport there are technical requirements regulating its structure. The most frequent discrepancy, to qualifying standards, excess of a dew point of gas on hydrocarbons and moisture is. Today a set of small, average and large-scale deposits remain undeveloped or poorly mastered because of the high capital and operational expenditure connected with preparation of gas for transportation. The gas osushka problem (first of all from moisture) exists also at a gas intake from underground storages.

The GRASIS membrane installations allow to lower considerably a gas dew point, both on moisture, and on hydrocarbons. Depending on the scheme of realization of process gas can be drained on 15-60 °C. Realization of GRASIS technology allows to reach TTR on moisture according to OST 51.40-93 with a pressure of drained gas of 4,0 MPas.

The developed technology allows:

• To carry out an APG osushka to the requirements allowing to carry out its transportation on GPP for further utilization of APG at considerable decrease in costs of its heating in the course of transportation.
• To carry out an osushka of natural gas at its fence from storages before the subsequent transportation to consumers.
• To install membrane blocks of an osushka of gas instead of (or in addition) the adsorptive blocks of an osushka on GPP.
