Machine loading PPN-1S
pneumatic direct loading, it is intended for loading of the blown-up mountain mass of any fortress and abrasivity in trolleys, on the conveyor or other trasport facilities when passing lateral mine workings on the developed underground mineral deposits and construction of underground structures.
The machine can load mountain weight with fineness of pieces to 400 mm in developments not less than 2,3 m high from a rail head. Loading is made from a railway line on which the machine moves.
Developments should be equipped with railway lines with the track of 600, 750 or 900 mm, highways which are carrying out compressed air with a pressure of 0,5 MPas and water for dust suppression with a pressure of 0,4-1,6 MPas. Air temperature at operation of the machine should be from +5 to +35 °C.
The main nodes are: a running gear, a rotary platform, a rise reducer, an operating part, the body with the control panel installed on it, the swinging mechanism and an irrigation system. The machine is put in action by two 9 kW pneumomotors everyone.
The loader of PPN-1S is simple in design, convenient in management and service, is reliable in work.

The machine consists of the following main nodes - the mechanism of movement, a rotary platform, the mechanism of rise, an operating part, the control panel, the swinging mechanism and an irrigation system.
Loader of PPN3A of batch action with the lower capture of mountain weight, direct loading, with the wheel and rail mechanism of movement, rope stabilization of an operating part and the pneumatic drive.
The machine is quite simple in design, convenient in management and service, is productive and reliable in work. For decrease in fatigue of the operator the machine is equipped with the muffler of noise and an anti-vibration footboard.
