To Energokompleks (EK), Mini-CHPP on local solid fuel it is intended for production of electric and thermal energy when using local solid fuel.
Energokompleks (EK), Mini-CHPP on local solid fuel can be operated in two modes:
- Gasification of the local Solid Fuel (SF) with receiving enriched synthesis gas, simultaneous development of electric and thermal energy;
- Development of electric and thermal energy from the local Solid Fuel (SF).
In need of increase in electricity generation addition to Energokompleks (EK) of additional Steam generating installations on solid propellant coppers like DKVR, steam turbine generators and Turbodetanderny power plants on flue gases of Steam-turbine mini-combined heat and power plant is possible.
Feature of the developed scheme of Energokompleks is use of the new innovative highly effective developments protected by patents of the Russian Federation, and also the latest highly effective developments which are available in KB-ETT.
The analysis of operational costs, including expenses on coal, himochishcheny water and alkaline solution on absorption, cost of work and the electric power, showed that the main impact on prime cost received synthesis gas is exerted by the raw materials cost taken 2000 rubles for coal ton. At the same time operational costs of receiving combustible gas on the calorific ability equivalent to natural, make 3,43 rubles/m3.
From 1 kg of coal 3,5 – 4,0 kg of fuel synthesis gas turn out. Calorific ability of 1080 kcal/kg of gas.
At realization received synthesis gas in the European market profit will make about 250 million rubles a year.
At realization synthesis gas in the domestic market for gas station of the motor transport the profit will be about 750 million rubles a year.
When using received synthesis gas as fuel when obtaining electric energy operational expenses will make about 22 kopeks on one kilowatt-hour.
