Standing seam roll forming machine PSR 105 manufactured by Ruscana Engineering allows to produce high quality roof panels with classic standing seam of various width and length.

1. Panels of various shapes.

The roofing panels of a straight, trapezoidal and conical shapes can be roll formed with PSR 105 by removing one of the profiling units and roll form panel with another profiling unit.

2. PSR 105 allows to produce 1 inch and 1. 5 inch panel profiles  in one machine by changing profiling units.

It saves lots of time as there is no need to readjust profiling rollers as it is typically required in machines of this type of other manufacturers. Usually it takes about 15 - 30 minutes to readjust

profiling rollers on other roll forming machines. But here, you have 2 kits of profiling units for producing 2 types of roofing panels and when it is needed you simply replace one kit with

another.

3. Mobility

PSR 105 is demounted into 5 parts: a frame № 1, two profiling units № 2, 3, a transverse mechanical knife № 4 and embossing roller dies № 5.

It facilitates the transportation and makes it possible to transport this machine in almost any type of vehicle, and also make easy the process of its movement on the construction site.
