Our enterprise, JSC Scientific Research Institute of Fibreglasses and Fibre, mastered production of quick-detachable thermal insulation for pipeline fittings.

The enterprise makes products - heat-insulating jackets for the following conditions:

1. The maximum temperature on a surface of pipeline fittings to + ^10000C;
2. Service conditions - in rooms and on the open area.

The heat-insulating jacket represents the difficult multilayered design consisting of thermochemical resistant material - fiber glass fabric, basalt fabric, a folmotkana (the fiber glass fabric covered with aluminum foil), thermochemical resistant threads, basalt or mullitokremnezemisty fiber, belts from thermochemical resistant material. Products are made in various execution of integumentary fabrics that influences service conditions.

Simplicity of installation - installation and dismantle of products can carry out one worker on fittings diameter to Du200. On big diameters two workers are necessary that is caused by product dimensions. Installation of a product is carried out by means of tapes.

What is very important - not only specialists in thermal insulation, but also employees of repair crew which serves these fittings can carry out installation works. Therefore, involvement of specialists in thermal insulation on installation and dismantle of a product is not required that reduces costs of operation and increases efficiency of repair work.
